This week is Women’s Health Week, and the faculty and staff at Von Voigtlander Women’s Hospital are celebrating by offering tips to help women improve their physical and mental well-being.

Among their tips are:

  • Schedule preventive health screenings
  • Be active
  • Eat healthy foods
  • Get enough sleep
  • Avoid unhealthy behaviors such as smoking or drinking heavily.
